Drinking Water Advisories
Sea Island's Midway Square is under a boil water advisory following a broken water main over the weekend. The Sea Island Company community water system serves a residential population of 1859 from a groundwater source.

Streamflow Situation from USGS current streamflow monitors
Normal streamflows have returned to north Georgia, relieving dry conditions and contributing to the dense fog advisories over the weekend and this morning. Two stations on tributaries of the Ocmulgee River signal much below normal Monday, the majority of monitors statewide reporting normal with a dozen below normal reports statewide. As of Monday morning, there are no extreme high or low flows, no active flooding.

Drought Map USGS 7-day average streamflow against seasonal average
Relief for northern Georgia shows on the drought map Monday. Coosa River watershed is back to normal, all that remains below normal in the north is the Tennessee west section Dade, Walker and Catoosa and Tallapoosa Carroll and Haralson below normal. Still on the Mississippi side of the divide in south Georgia, Lower Chattahoochee, Lower Flint and Ochlockonee River watersheds are below normal.

On the Atlantic side of the state divide, one area of moderate drought remains, on the Ocmulgee River around the south Laurens, east Dodge, west Wheeler and north Telfair Counties. The below rated area of Savannah River has shifted downstream now beginning at Columbia County following the Savannah River extending into Screven County. Part of the Ogeechee River watershed is below normal beginning in south Taliaferro and extending down to north Emanual and north Jenkins Counties.
